FAQ
1. What's your minimum order quantity?
For the initial order, the minimum quantity for each type and specification is 50,000 to 100,000 pieces. Most products may require a higher minimum quantity. Please feel free to contact us for more details.

2. How long will it take to produce them?
Generally, it takes 4 to 7 weeks to produce printed standard products. However, the specific duration may fluctuate slightly due to the influence of factors such as the order quantity, raw material supply, complexity of the production process, and the current production schedule. If your order is time-sensitive, please check with us to ensure prompt delivery.

3. What file format do you need?
To ensure the best quality of the products, we require files with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Vector graphics possess some unique technical capabilities. Vector graphics can maintain excellent resolution, sharpness, and color accuracy. Moreover, vector graphics have an important advantage: they can be scaled infinitely without affecting the quality standards. Thus, we need you to provide vector graphics files. You can create vector art using vector illustration programs like Adobe Illustrator. The most common vector file extensions are .eps, .psd, .ai, and .pdf. (Please note that not all .pdf files are vector files.)

4. Can you send me a digital proof before printing my order?
Absolutely! You will receive a digital proof with your logo printed on the ordered product within one business day. At this time, you can make any necessary changes. However, after you have approved the plan, we will submit your order for printing. Please note that we will no longer accept any changes at that time.

5. I need some counter samples before I approve the cup order!
We can send you the counter samples, but you must pay the shipping costs.

6. My client requires the cups in different packing units!
No problem at all! Our production team is experienced in customizing packaging based on clients' requests. Please share the exact details of the packing units your client desires, like if they want them packed in dozens, in PET bags with a certain quantity each, or any other specific format. This will help us prepare and adjust our production and packaging processes accordingly. If you have any inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach us. We are eager to collaborate with you to develop the best solution.

7. What coating do you use?
Our disposable paper cups are coated with polyethylene (PE). Using PE coating on disposable paper cups has benefits like preventing liquid from soaking through, ensuring hygiene, providing heat insulation, being cost-effective in manufacturing, and enhancing the cup's durability during handling and transportation.

8. What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Western Union, or Letter of Credit at sight.
